FuseIQ Program

Software is the record. The program is how it stays true.

The FuseIQ Program is a continuous operating loop — Understand, Discover, Decide, Deploy, Measure, Optimize — run by PraxisIQ specialists working inside your business. Each stage produces something the next one uses, and everything lands in FuseIQ.

01Why a program

Adoption fails between the pilot and the process.

Companies rarely lack ideas or tools. What breaks is the handoff: an idea with no owner, a tool with no workflow, a workflow with no approval path, a result with no agreed measurement. The program exists to close each of those gaps in sequence.

The loop is deliberately continuous. Optimize feeds Understand, so re-sequencing happens with production evidence rather than a fresh round of opinion. FuseIQ is the record that survives between cycles — read more on the platform page.

  1. 01

    Forward-deployed, not advisory

Specialists work inside your systems and alongside your owners. Deliverables are running workflows and a maintained record, not a recommendation deck.
  2. 02

    Sequenced against capacity

The portfolio is ordered by value and feasibility against the delivery capacity that actually exists, so commitments are realistic.
  3. 03

    Governance from the first stage

Approval and risk requirements are defined as work enters the portfolio, not retrofitted after something goes live.
  4. 04

    Value verified with finance

The measurement method is agreed before build so reported results are comparable and defensible to a board.
02The operating loop

Six stages, each with inputs, work, and outputs.

01 · Weeks 1–2

Understand

What does this business actually run on today?

What PraxisIQ does

PraxisIQ specialists run executive and functional onboarding, reconcile AI licenses and spend, and validate the baseline with the people who own each system.

Inputs

  • Company, people, departments, and functional structure
  • Systems of record and integration landscape
  • Goals, KPIs, and how they are currently reported
  • AI platforms, licenses, spend, and current maturity
Outputs
Company, systems, and KPI baseline in FuseIQ
AI estate with licenses and spend
Current AI maturity by function

02 · Weeks 2–5

Discover

Where does the work actually get stuck?

What PraxisIQ does

Guided discovery surfaces repetitive work, operational bottlenecks, and candidate use cases from the people doing the work rather than from a workshop whiteboard.

Inputs

  • The Understand baseline
  • Guided employee and role-level discovery
  • Workflow observation in each function
Outputs
Candidate use cases tied to real workflows
Bottleneck and effort evidence
Functional discovery coverage on record

03 · Weeks 4–7

Decide

Which of these deserve budget, and who owns them?

What PraxisIQ does

Each candidate is evaluated on value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, ownership, budget, and build-versus-buy — with the function that would own it and with finance in the room.

Inputs

  • Candidate use cases from Discover
  • Data readiness and integration constraints
  • Risk posture, budget, and delivery capacity
Outputs
Ranked portfolio in FuseIQ
Named owners and budget per initiative
Build, buy, or enable decision recorded

04 · Weeks 6–18

Deploy

Is it in production, or is it still a demonstration?

What PraxisIQ does

Forward-deployed engineers build, integrate, and evaluate inside your environment while adoption specialists enable the owning teams and governance controls are set before go-live.

Inputs

  • Selected use cases with owners and success criteria
  • Access to systems of record
  • Representative cases for evaluation
Outputs
Production workflow with an accountable owner
Evaluation results and approval path on record
Enablement live for the owning roles

05 · Continuous

Measure

What is this initiative actually producing?

What PraxisIQ does

Every initiative is connected to adoption, operational, financial, quality, and performance KPIs, and reported results are reconciled to source data with finance.

Inputs

  • Live workflow and agent telemetry
  • Adoption signal by role and team
  • Finance-agreed measurement method
Outputs
KPI set connected per initiative
Verified value and quality evidence
Comparable reporting across the portfolio

06 · Continuous

Optimize

What improves, what retires, and what is next?

What PraxisIQ does

Workflows are tuned against observed performance, underperforming initiatives are retired, spend and licensing are rebalanced, and the portfolio is re-sequenced — which returns the loop to Understand with better information.

Inputs

  • Performance, adoption, and quality signals
  • Spend, model, and license utilization
  • New candidate use cases and business change
Outputs
Tuned workflows and rebalanced spend
Retirement decisions on record
Next priority set for the loop
