Accessibility
Accessibility statement.
This page states the accessibility goal we hold this website to, what we check, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to read this site and reach us, whichever device, browser, or assistive technology they use. We work toward the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as our reference standard.
We have not completed a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim conformance. Where we describe checks below, those are the checks we actually run.
What we build for
Keyboard access to navigation, menus, dialogs, and forms, with a visible focus indicator.
Text alternatives for images and diagrams, headings in a logical order, and form fields with visible labels.
Colour and contrast chosen for readability, layouts that reflow without sideways scrolling, and animation that respects a reduced-motion setting.
What we check
Automated accessibility checks on representative pages, keyboard walkthroughs of navigation and both enquiry forms, and layout checks at desktop, tablet, and phone widths.
Automated checks find only part of what matters, so reports from people using the site carry more weight than any tool result.
Known limitations
Product screens shown on this site are images of an interface. Each carries a text description, but the detail inside a screenshot is not readable by a screen reader.
Report a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, tell us through the contact form and describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We will acknowledge your message and tell you what we can do about it.
If the contact form itself is the barrier, write to PraxisIQ, Inc., 5900 Balcones Dr, Suite 25552, Austin, TX 78731, United States, and we will respond the same way.
